As natural hair is responsive to basic care like washing and conditioning, most product issues can be easily resolved by following a simple care regimen. While refunds are not permitted, we are committed to promptly addressing any quality concerns. Our dedicated Customer Service Representative will guide you through the return process for all the relevant products.

Please note that any processing or alteration of the hair, such as perming, coloring, cutting, or removing it from the weft, is against our policy.

If Celebrity Hair Company verifies and acknowledges any defect in the product, we will promptly exchange or replace the item. In case you choose a higher-value product for the exchange, you will be responsible for covering the additional cost. If you opt for priority shipping, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged or new item.

If, after evaluation, Celebrity Hair Co does not confirm a product defect, we will return the item to you at our expense (via priority mail) without a product exchange. Please note that lace closures, lace frontals, and full lace wigs cannot be exchanged or replaced due to their delicate nature.
