Refund And Exchange Policy

Please note that wigs, closures, and frontals are considered final sale items. As such, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We strictly enforce this policy due to the exclusive nature and high demand of our products.

Customers are encouraged to initiate exchange requests within 7 days of receiving their order to be eligible for an exchange. However, please be aware that any requests received after this timeframe will not be considered.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in its original, resellable condition, as it was when shipped from us. This means it should not have been combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way. The original ties must also remain intact.

To ensure your protection, we kindly request that all exchanges be sent back to us using a traceable postal carrier with a signature. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost items during transit. Clearance and sale items are final, and no exchanges or returns will be accepted. In the event of a product exchange, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in resalable condition, a store credit will be issued. Please note that if the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, the exchanged or store credit item will not qualify for the aforementioned promotion.
