Limitation of Liability
Celebrity Hair Company assumes no liability beyond the remedies outlined in this agreement, including any liability for unavailable products or services. Yummy Virgin Hair Extensions will not be responsible for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if the possibility of such damages has been advised or if any third party makes a claim, except as explicitly stated in this agreement. This limitation of liability applies to both products and services. The customer acknowledges that, in relation to product-related liability, Celebrity Hair Company is not liable or accountable for any damages exceeding the total amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Similarly, in relation to services not bundled with products under this agreement, Celebrity Hair Company LLC is not liable or accountable for any damages exceeding the total amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
