Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via FedEx with receipt confirmation and insurance. After the order processing timeframe for the specific product, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days. Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. For international orders, delivery usually takes approximately 10 business days, with shipping via FedEx unless otherwise specified by the customer. Please note that Celebrity Hair Co reserves the right to change the delivery method to a comparable option. Shipping charges may vary from the actual carrier rate. Full payment of shipping costs is required at the time of the order. In the event of a discrepancy or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 1-816 (926-0444). We will promptly initiate a trace and investigation with FedEx. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be promptly sent to you.

Errors and Shipment Delays:

We are not liable for shipment delays caused by weather or other natural or environmental factors. We make every effort to ship products within the promised timeframe, but we recommend placing your order well in advance to account for unforeseen delays. Any shipping errors must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. If an incorrect item is sent and confirmed, we will either resend the correct product or provide a refund. Please return the incorrect items to our office before reshipping the correct products.

International Shipments:

For international customers, it is necessary to complete and submit a credit card authorization form along with all the necessary supporting documents. Once your order is placed, our Customer Service team will reach out to you to provide further instructions.

Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance, which can vary in rules and requirements depending on the country. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, fees, or duties incurred, as well as arranging permits or special documentation if necessary. Invoices will be included with all shipments as the only accompanying document.
